Hooray, I almost forgot what sunshine and blue skies looked like! This is a nice surprise. I think I'll use this opportunity to run some errands on foot, perhaps do a bit of shopping.
After the weekend client's lack of etiquette, I'm sticking with a regular this week; he's always the perfect gentleman.
Fill you in soon,

Preparing Myself
The shopping was a success. By the time I'd finished, the sun was shining brightly, and the combination of that and some gorgeous purchases made me feel much better. Call me superficial, but I didn't have any solid reasons for being down so that could be seen as equally shallow!
Tonight is date night, and for this gentleman I'm required to be flawless. My skin must be smooth and bronzed, not a hair out of place and some quite specific lingerie requirements. I must remember to stand up straight, enunciate all of my words correctly and be his perfect woman. It sounds stressful, but I love things like this - it's the best kind of challenge! I've met him a couple of times before so I know that I please him; surely each time we meet will get better and better.
He likes to take me out and show me off, so I think I'll go with a bright red slinky dress - something like that always draws attention. Shoulders back, head high, and go!

Retail Therapy
Right: it's time for me to get excited about life again. I have a date this week and I will not cancel it because I feel a bit rubbish. I'm going to be proactive and perk myself up, whether my brain likes it or not! I really do have a great life and there's no reason whatsoever to be feeling like this. One thing that usually cheers me up is a bit of retail therapy; I may take myself along to Westfield to see if anything catches my eye. It's only a temporary rush though - much like sex. I wonder if I'd get double the buzz from having sex in a changing room? I've never had the guts to do that, but it does sound pretty exciting! Maybe I could be trying on a silk chemise, or I might need help unzipping a dress. I can imagine looking right into some unsuspecting shop assistant's eyes in the mirror as he stands behind me. Now there's a fantasy I could get lost in...
Now I definitely want to go shopping!

Accidental Thief
Good morning my lovelies,
Hope you all remembered to wear sunscreen this weekend - what a scorcher! More of that please.
I had a little shopping spree on Saturday, and for the first time in my life I inadvertently stole something! I'd bought several items in one shop, and the assistant was happily chatting away to me as she removed the tags and bagged them up for me. The total came to less than I was expecting, so I assumed that something must have been on sale without me noticing. When I got home, I checked the receipt and realised that she had neglected to charge me for one of the dresses! Is it bad that I didn't take it back to the shop? Although it wouldn't have made much of a hole in my bank account, I felt strangely smug that I'd beaten the system in some way. Is this my rebellious streak coming out?! It was also down to laziness - there was sun to enjoy, and I couldn't be bothered to trek back to the store. I wonder if I'll now feel a little bit naughty every time I wear it?
Good food, good friends and good music made this a gorgeous weekend, can't wait until the next one.

Shopping Spree
Ah, Westfield. How I adore you. I went shopping by myself yesterday, which I sometime prefer because there's nobody to hold me back. Of course, a muscular Adonis walking 2 metres behind me to carry my bags would have been ideal, but you can't have it all. I had a bit of cash to burn so decided to jump on this nautical trend and bulk out my wardrobe; I already had a few key pieces as I've always loved the style, but now it's dominating my summer style!A trip to MAC means that my nails will be all sorts of fabulous colours over the next weeks, bang on trend. How I love being a girl : )
Sorry male readers, that was probably very boring for you. I really felt it was worth mentioning though, as shopping is practically as good as sex! My pupils dilate, heart beats faster, skin gets warm and a glow spreads from my head to my toes... familiar symptoms!
