Oh dear. I seem to have played a bit too hard this weekend, and am paying for it today (as I was yesterday). My head, my muscles, my throat... the only bonus is that all that energy expended has left me looking rather trim!

It's nothing that can't be fixed with a few cups of tea, an afternoon nap and perhaps a full body massage by a muscular man with an exotic name. Book me in!
