Owww, my personal trainer was tough on me today. He taught me a new exercise that worked the muscles on the back/inside of my thighs. It hurt! I could make a crude joke about expecting those to be tip top considering the amount of time I spend with my legs open... but I'm a lady so I shan't. This felt different, must be good.
Fun party tonight, it's for a client but I've been told to mingle and enjoy myself so it probably won't feel like work at all!

Do your clients give a lot of attention to your thighs? I would hate to think they were neglecting that area of your body.
