I'm wound up today. I barely have an angry bone in my body, but all these little things keep going wrong, and they're building up to break me down. I have four options facing me:
1. Retail Therapy
2. Angry sex
3. Bottle it up
4. Copious amounts of wine
Any suggestions?

I would suggest you do 1,2 and 4. Don't do 3, it won't help. Don't do 1 after 4 'cause you'll spend too much. Also, it can be fun to do 2 and 4 togther with the right person (just let me know!)

Dont reckon much to 1 and 3, 2 and 4 sound good or, from a male perspective, hire a fast car (if you dont already own one), find some quiet out of the way roads and TEAR UP THAT TARMAC!!! :)
