Domestic Goddess

I am a domestic Goddess. Having no flatmate around is great! Last night I cooked a delicious risotto with chicken, avocado and white wine. I cleaned, I did washing and reorganised my wardrobe (one of them)... am going to make someone a kick-ass wife one day. Did I tell you that I can bake too? A lady in the street and a freak in the bed - that's what you need!

No clients tonight, one more night to myself and then a fun date tomorrow (if it doesn't rain).

I'm a bit of a goldfish when it comes to shoes. I always forget how horrendously uncomfortable the pretty ones are; after they've broken my feet, I curse them and throw them in the back of my wardrobe. Then, months later, I pull them out again, delighted that I've found a gorgeous pair discarded. And the cycle continues! I may be crippled by the end of the day.

I have a date tonight, so will have to rethink my choice of footwear (or work this slow, careful walk). Looking forward to a glass of wine and good company. It's also been a week since I had a client, so itching to get my groove on!

Shortage

Ohhhhh, how can such an extensive wardrobe provide such few gems?! I know that I'm lucky to have so many lovely dresses, but nothing is quite right for tomorrow night. It's really a really important black tie event; I'll be introduced to a lot of influential people and have to make an excellent impression for my date. This is the kind of thing I live for, but I'm feeling nervous!

Just like adrenaline kicks in right when you need it, I'm hoping that my natural charm will work its wonders. I have a lot of pampering to do until then, so I'll fill you in afterwards.
