Rummaging Tramps

I was talking to a friend who lives in Sheffield this week, and she told me she'd caught a homeless man rummaging through their bins. This wouldn't be so worrying if she hadn't watched him type in the security code for the gate to her private building! He must have been watching one of the residents enter, quite a creepy thought. She reported it to the landlord and I didn't think much else of it. That was until I came home to my private building yesterday to find the janitor clearing up the remains of our refuge room; today posters were in the lobby warning that a tramp had been caught red handed, rummaging through our rubbish! Perhaps homeless people's standards are getting higher these days and they've decided they want posh rubbish instead of common street rubbish. I've always been a bit scared of tramps, especially since a crazy one shouted at me and followed me down the street in East London... but they do give the city character I suppose!

On another note, I have a sexy new dress - silk and skin tight. It makes me want to feel myself up.
