Reunited

I'm being reunited with one of my best girlfriends tonight, I haven't seen her for ages! I'm looking forward to talking at 100mph, sipping white wine, and catching up on all of our man gossip. I suppose we're a bit of a cliché, but that's the way we like it.

The week is moving pretty darn slowly so far, constantly looking forward to the weekend (aren't we all).

Cancellation

This was a blessing from the Gods. I didn't want to cancel my appointment, but I still felt so rough. When he called me to apologise profusely about an unavoidable engagement, I couldn't stop smiling. What a stroke of luck! Instead, I had a long, hot bath and was in bed by 8pm. Slept solidly until 8am, then felt revitalised enough to hit the gym.

I don't know what I would've done if I'd had to go to that 3 hour booking - this was exactly what I needed! Phew. Back on form tonight, so I should have some juicy gossip for you tomorrow.
