Picnic Time

Well hello weather forecast for this Saturday - is that a great big sunshine I see? I think we should all go down to Regents Park and eat some brie! However, I really should have learned my lesson by now about daytime plans on a Saturday; it's quite rare for me not to have a hangover. If there's any excuse to drag one's ass out of bed, surely sunshine is it?

My Google home page got me rather excited by telling me it's going to be 21 degrees, but I think they might be telling porkies. All the other forecasts say 16, so I mustn't get my hopes up too much...

Off to drink my green tea with a dash of honey - feeling sweet today.

Spring Clean

Ok, so it might not quite be spring yet. In fact, it's still bloody freezing... but it is time to give my flat a proper clean, no nook or cranny to be missed! I accidentally had a house party on Saturday night, and we sort of trashed the place. I was too hungover yesterday to even contemplate lifting a finger, so now I shall tackle it - wish me luck!
