Those Days

Do you ever just have one of those days? I think I woke up on the wrong side of bed today. After not getting much sleep, this morning has brought me a broken pearl earring, a lost favourite scarf, a huge hole in another scarf, a mystery rip in the new dress I borrowed from my flatmate at the weekend, shoes that turned out not to be at all waterproof and a charming puddle spray from a bus as I tried to hail a taxi. All fairly trivial, but has put me in a grump.

Looking forward to dinner with a lovely client tomorrow and a swanky private party on Thursday before going to visit family at Easter. I'm sure the rest of the week will be better.
